What do you think of them if you've tried them, or any other recommendations.
Thanks.

Re: NWR:CREST Whitestrips
I just started using the crest white strips premium this weekend and they seem brighter already. I spoke to my dentist about it beforehand because I was nervous about the sensitivity. Crest white strips is supposedly one of the best whitening products available over the counter. According to my dentist, bleaching your teeth actually dehydrates your teeth which is why they can become sensitive. The sentitivity should stop after you stop bleaching your teeth. My dentist recommended using 1 per day in order to avoid having sensitive teeth. To avoid tooth pain, my dentist also said to use a fluoride rinse (called Act) after removing the strips. I haven't really noticed any sensitivity yet.

My dentist also recomended them (actually it was the hygeinist, i think). I have really sensitive teeth and they were ok. I only did it once a day and took a day off if my teeth hurt. The only thing I really did't like is the goo left behind on your teeth when you take them off. They told me to start with the original ones.
I just bought the Listerine pre-brush whitening rinse and it is great, too. It gets in between your teeth really well and I think it is a good 'maintenance'. It tastes a little funny at first (it is hydrogen peroxide, basically) but I got used to it. You rinse for 1 min before brushing twice a day.

Re: NWR:CREST Whitestrips
My sister uses them and I can really see the difference. I'm afraid because I'm having a lot of trouble with my teeth lately. I'm going to wait a while before I try.
Warning: MY Aunt and Uncle tried Britesmile and they both hated it. They said the people at Britesmile were difficult to deal with and they didn't see any results. And it's hundreds of dollars. I'll stick with the whitestrips.

Re: NWR:CREST Whitestrips
I used the Premium ones recently and they work.
I went to see my hygenist on Monday and she noticed. I saw the orthodontist on Tuesday & he noticed too Not that I am a smoker or had stains but they have pics of my teeth (invisalign for about a year now) and we compared the pics so I could see if there really was a difference.
I used about 8 or 9 (upper & lower). I am impatient so I used them all in 3 - 4 days.
Edited to add- they taste kind of gross so I just put the strips on the top and bottom at the same time and then put my invisalign on top of it for 30 minutes so I would not taste it as much

theyre small though i thought they would be long enough to do all the teeth, but then again no one sees the back teeth anyway.
