Hopefully it will run its course, and you will adjust with time. if it makes you feel better to sleep home, then do that until you can let go

aww i know what you're saying..when i went away to college, the first couple of weeks were really hard on me..it may take a little while to adjust, but you will be fine!
i'm moving out at the end of the month, and i'm afraid i'm going to be homesick too!
things will get better, you are in a home with the man that's going to be your husband!

You will adjust. I came from a house of 6 people where there was always someone to talk to and noise and people coming and going... but I was kind of excited to move out when I did (I think I've been out of my parent's house for 4 years now)... but it's the next step... and of course I missed my family but I can go see them whenever I want. Maybe if you get a pet that will help?

I loved the independence and getting to live with FH but I missed my house, family and dog definitely! The dog was more my sister's, and now my parents'... but it only fully went away when we got our own dog, now I never feel that way anymore. The more your new home becomes what you want it to be, the more the missing feeling goes away. Give it time!
