can someone help me find the post of the bride who lost 25 lbs, on her own diet? I can't find it...

i vaguely remember what you're talking about, but don't know where it is. what do you need to know? if it's diet advice maybe i can help - i lost 45 pounds on my own a few years ago and kept it off. fm me if i can help.

I vaguely remeber it too... something like she threw out all the junk foot age healthy light things throughout the day to keep metabolism going.

She never exercised... thats what I remeber the most.
