NWR:Effed up..

When you go to work one day and the company is no longer in existence!!!!

So I went to my second job today and saw a different company on the monument sign so I thought they might have merged or changed names etc... I go to use my keyfob on the door and it doesnt work... Odd right...

Well how ****** is it that the owner breaks the news to his employees this past tuesday that the company will be dissolved on Wednesday. So those that have been there for over 8 years are ******...

The owner said that he called everyone including me and well that was a line of ****.... Never got a call, got up and went to work to find out that there is no work to go to.

Its a pretty effed up person with a ****** character that would do this and not inform his employees. In my eyes hes a piece of **** and a terrible employer....

OMG I've never heard of anything quite like that before! i'm sooo sorry. does losing the second job put you in a bad spot or can your first job sustain you til you get another one?

Im glad that we have it all paid off this was just a buffer and to pay off some bills after the wedding..

I am glad I didnt see him when I found out. I would of gave him a piece of my mind.

Oh my goodness, I have never heard of such a thing. Well, thank goodness that happened after you have had your wedding plans paid off. As for your employer, he is really foul and I hope his conscience haunts him (if he even has one)

that blows so much, i'm so sorry. what kind of work do you do? my FH had that happen to him when we were first dating, he quite his full time job to do his part time job full time (my suggestion) and he goes to work one day to find the entire place empty, and they still owed him two weeks pay! the only way to look on the bright side, is that you now have this whole week off to prepare and relax before your big day.

OMG I've never heard of such a thing, he could have at least given everyone some notice in advance to look for another job......make sure you file for unemployment ASAP you will def collect since the company closed down.....
