we have a first birthday to go to next week n it is my FH best man n wife is one of my BM....we are like family...i jsut have no idea what to give for a gift...it is in a very nice resturant....any info?

hope it is not too forward, but how much..i hve no idea b/c i kinda feel like if you give a lot now, what do u give for all the ohter bdays/events/communions etc!
also if u are a godfather/mother what shoudl a christening gift be?...i am soo bad at this

for a first bday i was going to give about $100
in my family for a christening teh godmother usually buys the baby's outfit for teh day or teh cross otherwise i would say about $200

It depends on how much you want to spend. I bartended one where the kid got a mini Hummer to sit in that drove around, like those little motorcycles everybody had as a kid.
