I tend to over tip big time because I just don't have a clue when it comes to tipping. I'm going to a new hairdresser on Thursday night to get full foil highlights and a cut. What should I tip her? TIA!!!
How about the shampoo girl???

Re: NWR...hairdresser tipping...
I try to tip 15-20% but if there is a shampoo person I cut the hairdressers tip by $2 and give it to the shampoo person! My salon doesn't have a shampoo girl but they tried it for awhile. Now they are back to none!
