NWR:I'm so sad tonight

I don't know about anyone else, but I am so sad about Keith and I really do not feel up to discussing anything wedding related tonight. I have been thinking about Janet and Keith all day and it just breaks my heart that they have to go through this. I cannot even imagine what the family must be going through.
On a more personal note, I just received word that my best friend (One of my BM,and FBIL's fiance) was rushed to the hospital and is really ill. She caught that 'stomache bug' that was going around and it affected her severely where she was dangerously dehydrated to a point where she could not speak and her finger nails were blue. She is being given fluids thru an IV and does not know when she will be released. My FMIL just came back from the hospital and was very sad and told me that she cried when she saw her b/c she looked so bad and that she lost about 10lbs in 2 days (she was only about 100lbs to start with). Say a prayer for her girls.

I too feel like this takes importance over anything and everything else and have been praying for them and feeling every emotion imaginable. I surprised myself last night when I told hy husband the latest update over the phone and started crying...my heart hurt. It was as if someone I knew and loved was going through this. Nothing else seems as important when something like this is happening to someone who was here planning not that long ago.

DH's nephew (mine too) is in the hospital with a pneunomia since Sat. So many people sick lately!! But to me, nothing compares to Janet and Keith.

My heart really goes out to Janet. I don't know her but in the past few days I can't help but feel like we lost one of our family members.

My thoughts are also with your FSIL, Spitsbride's FIL, and everyone else who is suffering right now. May better times lie ahead.
