FH and I just got back from an inaugural party. we viewed the parade from inside a building on the route. it was really cool...but hard to see, so we left a little early but it was fun (even though i have to say, i am not much of a bush fan, however i believe that for the historical factor and that i dont know how long i will live in DC to see another one i thought i should go...)

i would be more inclined to go to an inaugration if 1) it was in the summer and 2) it was for a democrat or a woman!!!!

THis is my FOURTH Inauguration since I went to college in DC and been here (minus back to NY for 2 years). It is definitely a fun experience but the city is crazy b/t the snow (which they can't deal with right now) and the security, events, etc. Hope you had fun! My FI 's band is playing at a ball tonight.....that is the fun part for me now! Jean
