NWR~~~~Just wanted to share....

On February 1st it was ONE YEAR that FH and I QUIT Smoking!!!!
I don't know why I didn't post it earlier. I think it is something to be Very Proud of!!!

I started smoking when I was 14 years old. I am 28 years old now. 27 at the time that I quit. FH started smoking on and off when he was about 20. He is 27 now.
Any other Ex-Smokers out there!!!!
It is still a struggle. I need to chew my Nicotine Gum Daily.
But I am not going to quit!!!!

That is so awesome! Congrats! That's a really hard obstacle to overcome, so you should definitely be proud!

Congrats!!! I'm an ex-smoker too.....I started when I was 12, quit when I was 19, and then started again when I was 21 and smoked on & off until about 6 months ago- keep going strong!!!

Thank you for the Vote of Confidence. Having a Very Stressful Job ( I am an RN) and planning a Wedding, it is Very Hard not to pick up a cigarette. But I can not Break my Record!!! :pointysmile

I quit some time in 2001 for 3 months but started smoking again. It is Hard. Keep it Up!!!

FH had his one year anniversary on Jan 16th, he smoked for a really long time and just decided to quit one day. I am so proud of him for quitting!!!

I'm an ex-smoker too. I quit last July 12. It was so hard but the best thing I ever did. I smoked from 18-28 and it was time to stop. Now it grosses me out so much- I don't understand how I did it for so long. And I'm amazed at how deeply I can breathe!
