NWR~~~~Just wanted to share....

On February 1st it was One Year that FH and I quit Smoking!!!!
I don't know why I didn't post this earlier. It is something to be VERY PROUD OF!!!
It is still a Struggle, I need to chew my Nicotine Gum daily, but I am not going to quit!!!!
I started smoking when I was 14. FH started on and off in his 20's.
Just wanted to share...

Congrats it is one of the hardest things to do! I quit 6 1/2 yrs ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I remember a handful of times I thought I might do it again, but thankfully never did. I am now to the point where the smell makes me sick. When I see someone smoking I think are they crazy?!?!?
