hey ladies I need some suggestions my brother and I plan to take my mom out for dinner and since I'm a mom as well I want to go to a nice place in new hyde park, mineola, garden city area....any restaurant suggestion pls share...TIA

Houstons (in Roosavelt Field Mall) is amazing if you like ribs, but it's a bit pricey.

We are taking my mom to Crabtree's for brunch, which is in Floral park. There's also Bob's Place and even the Inn at New Hyde Park has a nice restaurant. . . .
ETA: Fiore in Floral Park, Waterzooi or Novita in Garden City

Garden City has; 7th st cafe, Novita and the polo room at the garden city hotel...
