Okay so I commute into the city every day from Bay Shore. Its a long ride and I manage to take a nap every morning. Well...........This morning I got NO sleep and I'll tell you why. This stupid man sitting behind me decided HE was going to sleep and make sure that he snored loud enough that nobody else on the train can sleep. I swear I never heard someone snore as loud as he did. It really annoyed me!!!!!!!

I would have woke him up and asked him to stop.

Because of that, and people who think the whole train cares what they have to say, I'm so glad that I got myself an Ipod! I think I would've hurt someone on the train by now.

Me too! I had someone snoring next to me at the movies and I 'accidentally' bumped into his arm every time he fell asleep.

I would have talked very loudly to someone next to me about how obnoxious people who snore in public are!

Not for nothing, and I know it would probably annoy me too, but the man was most likely not doing this purposely to be 'rude.' He may have just falled asleep, not meaning to, and started snoring. But I'm sorry you had a bad ride and couldn't get sleep yourself!

I agree..I'm the first one to complain about the train ride and rudeness, but if he fell asleep and he snored, he probably doesn't even know it. He probably needs to see a doc about sleep apnea though. I had a guy on the train last night that did the same. Annoying!

No I wasnt saying he was doing it on purpose or anything like that....Just stinks when you cant get your own sleep b/c someone snoring is keeping you up. Im also very irratable in the morning too.
