Okay well thank you for those that replied to my post on how I should ask for a raise. I spoke to the 'Big Boss' on wednesday and asked for a raise and he told me that he would get back to me next week (he was off Thursday and today). Well, yesterday at like 4pm my regular boss comes by my desk and tells me that he has to talk to me immediatley in his office. Im scared at this point. I go into his office and he tells me to close the door (OMG what is going on Im thinking to myself). Then he takes a big sigh and then tells me that he doesnt quite know how to tell me this..........then he comes out and tells me that I got a raise!!!!!!!!!! at that point I felt my heart beating so fast I thought I was going to be fired!!!!!!!!!! My boss and I are cool with eacthother but I never thought he would do that to me!!!!!!!!!!!! So I got a raise!!!! Its not as much as I wanted but I'll take it!!!!!
