You will find the right house! The same thing happened to Us when we looked at houses we were so close and then massive structural issues. We waited and found the perfect starter house! Keep your head up!

sorry Erin! it wasn't meant to be though. We waited 1 whole year on a short sale and weren't allowed to have inspectors in until a certain point. the inspector came 2 weeks before our closing date and the house was meeeesssssssed up! looking back, we are so thankful it didn't work out

Erin just be thankful you found out about the problems before you ever moved in. The right one will come along. I know its so frustrating but it will all work out in the end. You deserve a way better house anyway! xoxoxox
Yea im happy that i found out now and not later....i just not as excited anymore ...oh well...but we are still looking so we will see what happens ..now FH wants to move to west islip or babylon...i want when to west islip so i really dont want to move there ..i know the school are great there and everything but really i want to move to a place i dont really know ..different really LOL...but we will see

I'm going through this right now too! well slightly different, our inspection went well everything was going great until all of a sudden we can't get a clear title because of issues with the property line! we were supposed to close a month ago now we might not even get the house! so I know how you feel!![]()

Im sorry ...yea i feel like now every house we look at will have a BIG problems and i dont want to deal with it ...i know it was going to be stressful but not like this and trying to out bid everyone that is putting in an offer ..arrrrrrr thats the part that i really dont like and then you have the highest offer and then go to find out that the house has problems ....I HATE THAT lol...well its all on the FH shoulders ...im done
