NWR/Rant - NO HEAT

So let me tell you - it's awesome to wake up early on a Saturday b/c your FH has a doctors appointment and when you have no heat in the house (before a snowstorm).

I'm sorry that you don't have any heat!!! Can you get someone to stop by to get your heat going again today? It's bad enough that it's going to snow...but you need to have heat!!!
