NWR..Self Challenge..anyone?

Hey ladies, I am starting the self challenge online to help lose some weight before the wedding. I just started, it lets you log workouts, and gives you workouts to do , and recipes and stuff. It's free, anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else was doing it, because they have chatrooms on there, kinda like here....maybe we could be workout buddies

I've heard it really helps to use the site, so I'm giving it a go...

I think you have to send an e-card..but you need the people's email adresses for that..but you can go into the forums, and talk to other people like we do on here..you can start chats..although I don't think they are as friendly as they are on here..

-Login to www.self.com
-Click on Self Challenge
-Click on My Log
-Click on Record a Workout

Let me know if that worked, I was a little confused when I first logged onto the site, I think you have to sign up to self.com, and Also sign up for the self challenge by clicking on it...let me know if it worked
