What the heck is a professional bio? My headhunter just requested it and I'm like huh? Is it like my cover letter with my job history or something? I want to send him the proper info, but I never heard of that and not to mention I thought only those at an executive level do that? HELP ME!!!???

Think of it as a detailed and specific cover letter. Make sure you put awards, achievements etc in it. I am not home or I could send you mine, but in it I sited specific achievements, my degrees and accredations.
