Ok..so I am going to the beach tomorrow for the first time in like 4 years...sad...I know... What I need to know is, what SPF do I use? I'm Italian, and usually I tan pretty well, once I have a base, ( which I don't at the moment). I was so get SOME color, but I don't want to burn. Is 8 SPF enough?

I would use higher than 8. Maybe start at like 15 or 30 since this is your first time in a while. I'm very white and I use 30 every time and I tan very well. I dont burn with it at all.

i tan very well, and use 8. if this is your first time in the sun in a while, i'd go w/ at least 15.

I am still getting color this summer and using either an SPF 30 or 50, the sun is just so strong at the beach that without it I would fry!

I only use a 15 on my face in the beginning of the summer - that should be fine
