NWR..Those of you who came off BC
Did you feel better afterwards? I came off it once before years ago, so I can't remember. I also wasn't taking it for that long though.

screwed me up... i was on it so long i became crazy irregular so maybe that was part of it...
but pain and mood swings immediately came back (why i took in first place)

it took a good 3 months until i was feeling normal-ish
