We've been telling her for like 6 months every time she had something 'special' planned with her boyfriend that she needed to get her nails done bc she was getting engaged, and it never happened. Well, tonight, with no warning, her now FH proposed on the way to a normal dinner!!! I'm so excited, I had to share!!!

Congrats to your friend! Reading this reminded me that I didn't have my nails done when FH proposed! I wish I would've had time to prepare.

She is originally from Merrick, but they're living in DC right now while he finished his PhD and she goes to law school. I don't even know if they're gonna get married here or there, but i was so excited, I had to share!!!

That's part of the reason I'm so excited!!! I've felt like my friends were starting to get sick of me, and that I've pretty much 'wedding talked' everyone out already, so I'm excited to have a friend to share it with now!!

Our good friends are getting married in February and its awesome to be going thru our booking process together! We are actually going to see limos together today
