NWR....went to my first spin class yesterday

My legs and booty are feeling it today!

But I loved it! More zumba and spinning for me! I think I am an addict

I went to a beginner class, where she helped you set the bike, etc

The 92Y has beginner classes and regular classes, which I like. But ther were advanced people in the beginner class, and she would give two sets of instructions....one for the newbies and one for the people that knew what they were doing!

When I was in DC, there wasn't really a convenient gym

Now I have the 92Y is 2 blocks from me and the gym is awesome. It is so nice to have it so close....I get to do the classes and regular gym stuff plus they have an awesome pool, and DH loves that he can always find a pickup game of basketball
