NWR:What does everyone do for a living?

I work for a Boutique Travel Agency in Sutton Place, NYC

I've been doing this for 8 years-

I mainly do corporate/exotic honeymoons/international travel
and from time to time i do the domestic/cruises/caribbean...
I recently started to also charter private jets and yachts!

Most expensive room someone ever booked was (i have to look it up but the price is clear in my head) 32000 EURO a Nite!!

anyway, i also have my estheticians License to always fall back on..

how about the rest of you ladies

I am a high school Spanish teacher & I work part-time as an Estee Lauder Beauty Advisor in Macy's.

I've seen some Postal bashing threads (especially when it comes to invites getting lost...)

It's okay...my facility is cool...I like being a federal employee! I wouldnt mind working for the IRS!

aww now i will feel bad when people call us at social security and I have to say 'um the IRS is taking your benefits call them!'

don't worry people hate us too. . . even my eye doctor today was asking me if there would be social security when he needed it!

I am an underwriter for a large insurance co. I am the bad man that raises the rates when you get a ticket

Retail Management,..., the money is good, but not exactly where my college degree was supposed to lead, but I'm DYING to get into the sports industry if anybody has any ideas

I'm a behaviorist and SCIP-R trainer (Strategies for Crisis Intervention & Prevention - Revised). I work with the MR/DD population; many of my clients have psychiatric diagnoses as well.


can i ask how you got a job like that?? I have a BA in Psych could I get a job like that or do I have to have my Masters??

I am a social worker who provides therapy for young adults who are addicted to heroin--not so glam but at times can be rewarding--there is nothing like seeing someone recover from addiction.

But do you know a Psychologist named Cheryl Paradis?? She was my Forensic Psych professor in undergrad I LOVED her...I know she does some work there.

Oh I am a Poor Grad Student with lots of loans....Anyone want to adopt me

But I also work full time as an assistant administrative assistant (yeah dont ask haha) at an government agency (workers comp insurance)

Definitely only a job for the money. but looking for something else either in my field (going to school for dual certification in early childhood/special ed) or that is somewhat flexible!! ANY HELPERS???

I would love to get out of the IRS and try another fed agency.. Im tired of people calling me and hating me.. haha

I provide case management servies to individuals with mental illness and suffering from chemical abuse..
