NY Botanical Garden in the Bronx...

Has anyone or knows anyone that took their wedding day pictures at the NY Botanical Garden in the Bronx?
We originally want to take our wedding day pictures at the Planting Fields in Oyster bay but we might be restricted by our schedule so I need to look for something that's on the way from my house to the catering place. I live in Rockland County and we have to get to Leonard's. If anyone knows any places in between my house and Leonard's, please let me know.

I went to school right across the street from the Botanical Gardens (Fordham University) and they are amazing for wedding pictures. So many people take pictures there, even my fiance's parents took their wedding pictures there!

I love it there. It's beautiful. We looked into having our wedding there but it was way over our budget.
You should definately find out if you can take pictures there.
Also, the Cloisters museum is really nice. I don't know if you can take pictures there but I would try to find out.

I am getting married in Yonkers and we are going to Untermeyer Park. We had to get a permit which cost $100 for one hour. We originally wanted to go to Bronx Botanical Garden but a photographer told us they no longer allow people to take picutures there for weddings. But how true that is I am not sure.
