NY Botanical Gardens
Has anyone been to a wedding at the NY Botanical Gardens? It was always the place I dreamed of having my reception because of it's beautiful grounds, however, I've never been inside the actual room where the weddings are held. I had it in my mind that the price would be too high and didn't book an appointment with them. My FH and I had previously decided that we liked the Carlyle on the Green so we held a date and booked an appointment to put down a deposit on Tuesday. Also today my FH decided to find out more info on the Botanical Gardens and it ends up that if we have a wedding in July at the Gardens it would be the same price as the Carlyle in June. Now the only available appointments they have to show us the room is next week. So now I'm back to being indecisive. Anybody have opinions about either place?
