Ladies,
I just want to give you a heads up about one of our vendors...
We got married on October 2, 2010.. and still have not received our wedding video!!! The guy (Gena or Gennadiy) is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When we first signed our contract, he promised us a beautiful video and we expected nothing less. He, of course, showed us his best work, which at this point I doubt he even did himself. During our wedding he came at the end.. and to our wedding sent his son and hired another person to work there. When it was time to get our video... he's been completely MIA. Every time we call to find out about our video, we get a new excuse as to why it's not ready. He finally gave us a draft copy of the video in the end of July 2011, which is a mediocre quality at best. A lot of parts were completely missed.. During our ceremony, he missed one of my maid of honors walking out.. Also during the ceremony the camera shakes a lot, he points the camera at a naked runway while the rabbi is performing the ceremony.. Also points the camera at people at weird angles.. Just a horrible horrible job!!! We spent half the day taking pictures and video taping everything.. and he only put in 5 minutes of footage from that. Fast forward to end of March 2012.. We finally got in touch with him after being ignored for God knows how long... and he said we would get our video .. we send him a text asking him what's going on.. it's 10PM and we have not heard from him... to which he responds 'You will get the video when I'M ready to give it to you.. if you don't stop asking you won't get anything else.. Me redoing your draft video is a FAVOR to you, etc.' Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I really can't believe anyone would give him business.. he is horrendous!
