Looking for advice on best spots for bargains on hair combs/clips, costume jewelry, pashminas, & tote bags for my bridal party? I'm in the 60's upper east side but doesn't have to be here.

I used to work in the 80 on the side and everyday I would walk to work on 3rd and 86th they sold pashimas for 5 dollars

68th between lex and 3rd has pashminas for $5 its on the same side as Children's place.
34th is a good area to look for hair combs they're usually located between the avenues

6th Avenue in the mid-high 30s has tons of stores for jewelry, hair pieces, etc.
The same area (but on the cross streets b/w 5th and 6th) has pashminas. That's the Fashion District, so you'll find everything there.

Yep I work on 31/6 and they have tons tons of stores, just keep going up and down aroud 32- bway-28 st and you can find really great deals. Also bargain!! If they say $10 say no thank you I wanted it for $4 and see what they say, find a price in between!
Also stop into my #1 bridal find store which is Jack's 99 cent which is on 32 6/7
