NYC BM stores?

can anyone recommend stores in NYC that sell BM dresses???

other than RK bridal and David's Bridal

Here Comes the Bridesmaid. They have a great selection of dresses and their prices are pretty good. It's right hear Macy's in Herald Square.

They do have a big selection compared to other salons in the city, but it's like a free for all there. No one really helps you and it's just one big room for your girls to change in. I ordered my gown there for my best friend's wedding and they ordered the wrong size for me and there wasn't enough time to get a new one so I had to pay for alterations at my own tailor (b/c they don't do alterations there) and have a panel insert added to the dress because it was about 4 inches too small

the first time we went there they wrote down all the styles we had picked and when we went back all but one were discontinued except for one (we all wore different styles) AND they lost our sheet (good thing i'm anal and wrote it down in my phone).

if you want to go to get an idea, definitely a good starting point, but i wouldn't order from there. They only took about $10 off of the ticket price for me so it wasn't much of a savings since i needed to get alterations done elsewhere (which luckily was only $60) but the dress never fit me right because it was too small to begin with.

Try Bridal Reflections in the city too. Or Kathlin Argiro. Totally different look and custom gowns (http://www.kathlinargirochic.com/locations.html)

I prob won't order from any NYC store since I live in eastern long island...but it's an easier place for my girls to meet up.
