NYC E-pic outfit change???

Hi girls!

My E-pics are coming!!!! I'm trying to decide if we should do an outfit change (if the photographer thinks theres time). I kind of want to since I can't decide if I want to wear jeans or a dress. I have a silly question though. We wont have a car or anything, we're just going to be walking around in the city. So where does the other outfit go? I know I've seen a bunch of nyc pics where the couple changed halfway through...how did you do this?

Thanks!

We carried around a bag, 'beach bag' size..
We put it down next to the photographer when we was snapping photos.. he pretty much carried it the whole time, poor guy! I had high heels, brush, clothes , makeup- FH had his jeans, shirts, belts shoes!!

If i were in the city, I would change in a starbucks bathroom! They are the cleanest and they are on every corner!!!!!! Or if you take a lunch break, change in the resturant bathroom!! LOL

i would definitely change outfits! that way you have more of a variety of pics to choose from. jamie's got the right idea- sbx bathrooms are the safest option haha

Where ru taking your pics? We're doing ours next Wednesday at the Seaport and I figured if I do decide to change, we might just pop into one of the stores and do it.

Guess I should have specified...I'm more confused about the technicality of carrying the clothes around then where to change. Cause obviously I dont want a big bag in the pics, and didnt really want to make the photographer carry it around

We're starting out in the village and are going to head up towards Madison square park. I think South street seaport is a great spot too though!

I didnt make my photg carry it, he took it upon himself.. he said he does it ALL the time but people usually bring suitcases!!
You carry it , and then place it down when you find a spot to shoot. Everyone changes outfits.. youre paying him!

Lol, I know you werent saying you made him carry it! And its awesome that it just kinda worked out for your shoot. Before I posted the question though and I was trying to figure out how this works I had thought to myself 'well, I dont want to make him carry it'....so thats where I was coming from, haha

I emailed him to see what he thought about it and if we'd have enough time and it wouldnt be a pain to coordinate and he said go for it! I dont know if that makes my life easier or harder though...now I have to find 2 outfits

I would definitely just go to any bathroom you can find and do a quick change in there.

Hehe oh i know what you meant.. But it was funny how it was no big deal to him at all! He was all over it!

I went with one more casual, one a little more dressy (for nighttime shots) I stayed with solid colors too.. no prints.. Not sure why? LOL Check my pics in album..

Oooo I love your pics! They came out great!!! I heard about staying away from prints too. He also told me to avoid black. Not sure why and its a staple of my wardrobe so I'm a little nervous, lol. My fallback shirt if I couldnt find anything cute this weekend is a button down plaid with whites grays and blacks. Its pretty subtle...not super busy or contrasty, but not I dont know if that will still be too much. Who knew this would be so stressful! Lol
