Does anyone have any good recommendations on locations in NYC? We are tentatively leaning towards the village just cause I like it over there, but I havent been in a while and never looked at the area with pics in mind so I have no idea if it will work or not.
We would like an urban artsy feel in general...maybe some shots by the water...maybe some cobblestone streets....
I would love some suggestions. TIA!!!!

The south street seaport is gorgeous! My brother lives right over there so we've been there a few times.

The village hasn't changed much. It is still very artsy, vibrant and alive.
Anywhere in SOHO would be really good as well! I believe 14th between 9th and 10th avenues is cool too! Go check out the areas and see the vibe that you get.

Thanks for the suggestions! Unfortunately I am OOT and there is a good chance that the next time I will be in NYC will be for the E-pics
But if I do get a chance to come down earlier I will def check those out!

sounds bizzare- but Grand Central station main corridor- so many beautiful arches and staircases. ive seen pics of people standing still and kissing while people are whizzing around you. Its very pretty and 'urban'

defiantly, you have the bull there as well. Battery park gardens, there is also a place by Water street I believe that has the cobblestone.

I work on wall street and I was going to suggest by the seaport they have cobblestone water and by the brooklyn bridge is very urban and it just down the block

im taking mine in Dumbo. You get the city skyline, along with bridge and water shots (at least i hope). I have seen a few from times sq and grand central station and think those are amazing and unique
