NYC: Facials for Under $50???

Please let me know if you've ever gotten a facial for under $50 in NYC (midtown preferred)

Yeah, I have an appointment today with MB at 1:00...my friend wants to go, but she can't afford it...figured I find out if there was anything else out there!

It is the best and believe it or not IMO the products are not that expensive. I love the seaweed cleanser and the moisturizer. DH love it also.
