So drinks at downstairs bar and then possibly table? I'm not sure how crazy it will be this Friday but in the summer it usually is nuts and impossible to get a table...should we be making a reservation? Anyone have any other thoughts on this or just play it by ear?

i think we should just meet at the bar and play by ear since people are coming and going at all diff times

Wish I could go to this one, but it's FMIL's birthday so we're doing the family thing.
Of course I'd end up missing out on one that's right here in NYC! Boo!

I might come but it depends on the weather since it's supposed to snow.

I didn't know there was a downstairs bar, should we all just meet there? I went once during the summer and was outside so I'm not familiar w the inside.

The downstairs bar is a bit more open than the one upstairs--I'd say maybe the part of the bar that is the farthest away from the stairs?
