I do not know my way around the city very well so I was wondering if Trump Towers,Toys R Us Times Square,& The World Trade Center are all in walking distance of each other?

Unfortunately they are not. The Trump Tower is on midtown 5th Avenue on the corner of 56th St. ( ? ) and WTC site is all the way downtown.

Trump Tower & Times Sq. are in walking distance if you're willing to walk and it's a nice day, but not WTC.

Madison Sq Garden is near Times Square. Madison Sq Garden is on top of Penn Station so if you are coming into the city from the LIRR all you have to do is go to the outside and find the entrance to MSG from there.
Times Square is around 42nd St and Broadway (I mean 'around' in that it covers the surrounding blocks).
You could walk from Times Square if you were to walk north on Broadway, 7th or 6th Ave's to 57th Street, then go east to 5th Ave.
To get to WTC you need to take a train downtown. I think the 1 or 9 train will take you to Chambers St and it is near there.

There is also a pizza place on 6th Ave , corner of 43rd Street ... ugh, cannot remember the name but i used to work right next door and it was good stuff .. I'll try to think of it

The big toys r us is in times sq., trum is on the E side, WTC is all the way downtown. Out of the 3 go to toys r us.

Ok, Trump Tower is on 57th and 5th Avenue
Toys R Us is on 45-46th and Broadway
World Trade Center is downtown but very easy to get to by train from midtown

You could go to the new Hersey store in Times Square. In Rockefeller Center they have an NBC studio tour and a huge Pokemon store.
