I go to Scheckys for every event - Beauty Night out..I think I'm going on Thurs Oct 8th..Girls Night Out is at the end of the month, right?

i found tix for 15$

Joanan..its basically a showcase of all these new designers.. jewelry, clothes etc..and they sell their stuff. but every1 goes for their famous goodie bags. u get A LOTTTTTTTTTTT of full sized products. last time i went they gave every1 a beach bag thing with full sized redken hair products, make up, granola bars, hair stuff.. its soo worth it

i also bought this amazingly hot clutch that u cant buy in stores.

They give out goodie bags at almost every event that has free samples of hair products, beauty products, books, makeup, etc. Plus, they offer FREE LIQUOR throughout the event, plus chance to win prizes and raffles.

All the events are usually held in downtown Manhattan (Puck Building).

I have tix for Oct 8th, I bought them months ago because I'm on their regular email invite list (also got them discounted because I bought tix at the same time for Girls Night Out Oct 26-28th).

i usually just go for the free drinks (even tho they arent that good and the line is ridiculously long)

tix were either 45 or $ 55 for both events...I think regular admission is $30, and if you have a Promo Code or you buy them early - they are less, I can't remember because I book them as soon as I get the reminder Email from them.

I've gone to Sheckys events since 2003, when a co-worker introduced me to them. The goodie bags back then were BETTER. I remember getting an actual FREE Con-Air HAIRDRYER (Value: $50 in stores), as well as full bottles of REDKEN and NEXXUS conditioners and gels. Now, they just give out the small sample/travel size. Also, I noticed they put in more books intheir bags (like I really care to read teenage romance novels?)...but what I like is the free booze mostly!!!

holy crap that sounds awesome!!

I work on LI, don't get out until 530ish.....

by the time I get to the city, it would be like 730-8? is that ok?? do they ever do this on the weekends because I would go the entire day!!!!

if u can get there at that time thats fine.. its til 10 pm then we can go get dinner or go try that rice to riches (rice pudding place) that every1 goes crazy over.

they do give u full sized bottles of redken stuff.. i got them last time. and half of the 'say yes to carrots' line.
