NYC Hotels-Suites

My fiance is planning a bachelor party for his cousin. He's looking to take the guys into the city for the night, theres going to be around 10 guys going. He wants to find a hotel that would have a suite that would accomodate that many people. Any suggestions?!?! He's running out of time and we can't seem to find any hotel that would have a room big enough for all those people. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I just went to their website and it says its closed until october 2007 for renovations..figures lol Thanks for the suggestion though!

I've been to 60 thompson and it is a gorgeous hotel...It is very modern. They have a thai restaurant which looked gorgeous but I didn't eat there...We did go to their rooftop bar which is gorgeous. They have an amazing view and its all couches and tables on the roof.

The room was their loft which is HUGE. It has 2 floors, a long balcony on the main floor, 2 bathrooms and the 2nd floor has a private rooftop garden deck which is big and very nice. The thing is there is one bedroom and its a big bed but still. They have in the hallway a pull out couch. They can get a couple regular rooms which would be better.

Infact, most suites are big but have 1 bedroom maybe 2 at most. When Fh and his friends have gone away and had a big group with around the same amount of ppl they had to get more than 1 suite. Even when i went to a bachelorette party 2 weeks ago we got two suites. Each one had 1 bedroom but 2 queen size beds in the bedroom plus pull out couches, this was at east gate towers in the city.

Oh another place is the Rivington hotel. The lobby is a huge lounge and alot of ppl go there just for that part, ive been there for that...at night it gets packed, theres also a restaurant in the back and another separate bar room, the lounge is called Thor and its real nice.

My friend has stayed there and said its gorgeous and they do have a huge suite and i remember her saying it had alot of room and beds

I know!! I just said the same thing to my FH when I went to the Rivington website. Looks amazing!!! He's definitely going to give them a call tomorrow to see what he can set up.

hahaha im gonna show FH the site too. BTW their lounge THOR is real good if you're ever in the city.

When FH and i went to a party at the loft at 60 thompson he said OMG i want to stay here the wedding night, but they dont have too many pics up of that room, just a few but they dont say its that room so you dont really know.

Well good luck, hopefully he can set something up. And also tell him to check rates online bc sometimes it can be cheaper to book online.
