Re: NYC Places
How about DelFrisco's in Rock Center? I work in NYC and I take my clients there all the time.
- It's a bit pricey, but if you're company is paying then it may be ok.

Re: NYC Places
How bout 'the view' it's a restaurant on top of the Marriott Marquis in Times Square- it rotates while your dining (don't worry its not too fast!) so you can get different views of the city while your dining. It might be a little pricey (I've only been there on the company's dime!). You can go there for either drinks or dinner.

Re: NYC Places
Jenn! Hudson Hotel is great - and the bar is so fabulous.
I also recommend checking out the restaurants in the Time Warner Center. They have FABULOUS restaurants. They ARE expensive, but oober classy and impressive for clients.
Oooh! I know a GREAT place! There's a place on the upper east side called Vespa. It's spunky, but good italian food, and understated. Vespa isn't expensive - so that's good!
What kind of mood are you looking for? Are these older people? Younger? Dinner and drinks? Just drinks?

Re: NYC Places
What are you looking to spend?
Are you looking for dinner or just somewhere to get appetizers / drinks?
How many people? Older / younger?
I'd definitely go somewhere that takes reservations, as I wouldn't want the clients to be waiting around!

Re: NYC Places
hey bon! I knew you'd come through!!
looking for apps and drinks... i don't know how old they are... from sound of their voice, i'd say 35 at most!!! hudson sounds the best right now, any other hotel bars that you can recommend?? There will be four of us... It's a fam business so company is picking up the tab but since it's 'my' money, I still don't want anything too expensive... Vespa's sounds good too - but too much like a restaurant. Thanks for all suggestions... I'm really looking for like a Blue Honu in NYC...
Thanks!

Re: NYC Places
I would suggest the Marriott Marquis restaurant -- The View (the one that turns)... They may take reservations. I'd call and ask!
