My advocacy organization cancelled the court date for tomorrow, but that doesn't mean the court will be closed since it operates on its own.

Manhattan courts are also open tomorrow as of now. I was told NYC courts wont know if they are open or closed until tomorrow morning. I'm keeping my fingers crossed though

i hope they are closed..I was in Staten Island all morning doing trials and the judge said if the snow gets really bad, he will adjourn everything on the Trial calendar tomorrow..
I have an office day tomorrow so I plan to call in sick if for some reason my company/firm is open tomorrow..I really dont want to commute into Manhattan w. this weather!

EDIT: per my FH, the Roslyn and Manhasset Long Island school districts are closed tomorrow..Ugh, FH will prob be home

Re: *NYC SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED TOMORROW**

i called my judge and they're planning to go ahead with the morning conferences but said i am welcome to adjourn on consent. problem is, my adversary isn't returning my calls.
