NYC Waterviews

I need some BHB suggestions. Are there any ceremony locations in NYC that overlook or are on the water? I'm not necessarily looking for a hall, but a ceremony locale that fits this description. I've looked into Battery Park, but they do not allow amplified music NEED HELP
