NYE Plans... Need Help

Hey girls! Need your help here... I'm new to LI (Jersey Girl). All my friends are scattered this year for NYE's so FH and I figured we'd do somehing low-key in the area. Any great restaurant suggestions? My close frind from Chicago and her b/f are visiting so I wanna take them to a great and fun dinner then we'd come back home to celebrate. Any restaurant suggestions? We're in Nassau county... Usually we party in NYC or Jersey so it's my first time partying in LI...
