Re: NYSC Bridal Bootcamp
I feel frustrated about weight loss. I wish there was something cheaper to do. I just want to lose 10 pounds and it is not happening.

Re: NYSC Bridal Bootcamp
For those of you getting marries at the end of summer 06 or fall 06 there is a guy that has a 'boot camp' in Central Park and he was awesome. $250 for 5 weeks, five days a week. When I started there was a bride there that was doing that instead of the NYSC bootcamp. FM me for more info!

Re: NYSC Bridal Bootcamp
They actually have a book that NYSC based their bridal bootcamp on--it tells you exactly what you need to do & what the NYSC trainers do with you. It is called buff brides---if you only want to lose 10 lbs you should just follow the book & go to the gym like 3-4 times a week. Sometimes people need the trainer to get them motivated but you could really go to any trainer & tell them what you want & you can lose the weight.

Re: NYSC Bridal Bootcamp
you dont have to necessarily purchase bridal bootcamp you save a lot of $$$ just buying the same amount of sessions but without the bridal bootcamp package...its just a marketing tool they use i just got a trainer from NYSC and asked her about the bridal bootcamp and she said its just to catch people's eye and they end up spending more $$$ so if you belong to NYSC or not because you dont have to be a member...just ask for the sessions and explain to your trainer that you want to look fit and great for your wedding !! i have lost 14 pounds so far with my NYSC trainer she also gave me a diet to follow !!! yeay !! if you want details about my trainer FM me...!!
good luck !!

Re: NYSC Bridal Bootcamp
I wish I could be on some WE show about transforming women's bodies for their wedding day. A show called 'get rid of the last 10 pounds for that special day'...LOL, I seriously just need someone to train me and kick my butt into shape (arms too, I'm afraid of arm flab in my strapless dress)
