YOU KINDA NEED BOTH TO LOSE WEIGHT.
IF YOU NEED TIPS ON HOW TO EAT HEALTHIER AND BETTER, THEN YOU MIGHT WANT TO JOIN WW. OR YOU CAN CUT COSTS AND JOIN A LESS EXPENSIVE GYM. I GO TO PLANET FITNESS AND THEY ARE AMAZING AND THEY ARE ONLY $10 A MONTH, OR IF YOU WANT TO USE THE SAUNA AND STUFF LIKE THAT IS ONLY $20

see if you can get a discount for the gym through globalfit.com
we did! now only pay $20 a month instead of $50

if you do the montly pass for WW its only $30 a month... instead 12 a week

I used to belong to planet fitness and the reason they are so cheap I found to be because the machines are always broken they took the medicine balls and the exercise balls away. They really went down hill after opening and since they are so cheap they are aaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllways packed. I went to the gym on more then once occassion and left because there were no machines and it was just too busy. I joined the one in centereach.

I joined NYSC now and they are cleaner and MUCh nicer and there are always machines and its so roomy. Its more money but in my opinion worth it.
