Hi everyone! Thank you for making me Bride of the Week, it's going to be hard to come up with good questions because so many were already asked!
First question: What did you have to sacrifice for FH or wedding?
I had to sell and throw out at least half of my personal belongings and give my animals away. Since FH and I will be moving into a 1 bedroom apartment I didn't think I could fit any of my stuff, especially not pets.

we haven't really sacrificed anything. My parents and his parents both offered to pay for the wedding, which we are soso grateful for, since my parents told us from the beginning that we would have to cover 50% of it. Since his parents also offered the same percentage, my FH and I really only have to pay for our honeymoon and the photobooth. We are definitely not going out as much, we are eating dinner at home, and I haven't really gone shopping in awhile because we are saving for a house.

We haven't sacrificed anything major for the wedding. We have been trying to not go out to eat as much and not frivolously spend money like it's nothing. We're going into Contract on a house this week so we might put saving for the wedding onto the side for a little while we get settled and comfortable with the house.
As far as FH, he would never make/let me sacrifice anything that I loved or wanted to do for him.
Congrats on the house! That's so exciting!
Ditto! Congrats!
Thank you!! It's super stressful but very exciting at the same time!

I don't think of anything I've done for FH as a sacrifice. I consider it all compromises and I am so happy I have the opportunity to change my life and begin a new one with this wonderful man. Even with planning, and budgeting, sometimes I just have to take a step back and remember how truly lucky I am.

Congrats! The home buying process can be frustrating at times, but when they give you the keys at the closing, it feels incredible! Best of luck to you guys!

FH has never asked me to compromise on anything. I guess I would have to say that I don't go out dancing as much since I met FH since he doesn't like to dance. Still, he always tells me to go out with my girlfriends and I love him.
I've had to sacrifice eating lunch with my colleagues to save for the wedding. It used to be a routine and it is hard getting used to packing my lunch every morning and not getting Starbucks, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

Thanks! It is soo frustraing and caused FH and I to fight when we normally never do. But I'm excited to get the keys and for us to start another chapter in our lives!

The only thing I had to sacrificed was flying back home less frequently so with that I'm missing out on visiting family, friends bdays and a few weddings! It's been tough but I'm defin saving money for I flew out last year like 5-6 times and it does add up and gets costly. I have cut back to just 1-2 for this year.

I haven't sacraficed anything other than having a perfectly clean house LOL FH is clean but he's not as OCD organized as me, but that's ok that's what it's all about!
For the wedding we have given up a lot of going out and eating out. We LOVE to go dancing and get some sun during this beautiful weather so at least those things are free :)
I've definitely had to give up my starbucks :(( but it's better off because I too am trying to loose weight

I don't think either of us sacrificed anything for each other. I sort of think 'sacrifice' is such a dreary word. We have definitely compromised, but never sacrificed.
For the wedding I have been very lucky also to not have to sacrifice. FH and I are very lucky to have our parents helping us, so we haven't had to change our lifestyle too much. But we barely go out for dinner or drinking or on vacation anyway.

While FH and I may have had to adjust some things I dont think either one of us would call it sacrifice. Like some of the other girls have said we have had to adjust the amount of sports games we go to and can't go out to eat as often and I had to move into his mother's house so we can save money but at the end of the day I am happy to make these changes. I can't imagine having to give an animal away though, I had to cut down on the amount of shoes I have at FH's house but he is happy about that lol. Congrats dariamarie2 on the house so exciting!!

We're sacraficing a lot over the next four months. I'm taking complete control over our finances for the time being, so I'd say FH is sacraficing his dignity! I have the bank card and all CCs. He gets an allowance, and when he needs gas for his car, he takes me and I fill it up. He's a spendthrift, and I need to make sure we can make these payments!

I haven't sacrificed anything as of right now since I'm still fighting it with all I'm worth but in the end, I'll probably have to sacrifice Long Island by moving to Ohio. I think he's had to sacrifice the most though- he doesn't do as many 'fun' things with his son or go out every weekend with his friends. He's also taken up a second job so he's sacrificed his time. Neither of us really care about all of it though since we can't wait to be able to walk down the hall to see our spouse rather than walking through three airports to see our fiance(e).
