O M G my hall

im going to cry
trying to take it easy and see what happens the next few days but um the water is knee deep!!!!!!!!

the only thing that may be my saving grace is that my hall is elevated about street level

to the right of the pic, is my hall peeking out, you can see the white street light, that is the driveway entrance to my hall

that the water recedes in time for your wedding!!!!

i pray that it will all works out....

I think the water will recede fast...and then the hall will work round the clock to get it up and running...

there is just so much to worry about

im concerned about OOTers having flights delayed and guests not making it because of power outages, flooding etc.

they dont know who long it will take to clean up

the patchogue patch said that the flooding is expected to get worse in the next 12 hours

I was just over that way. So much flooding everywhere! Checked up on my mom's house and my best friend's mom's house which are both in Patchogue and luckily they are both okay. It was a madhouse over by the docks!

Sorry! I couldn't get any closer, but from what I could see the water was not up to the building. It is elevated pretty high, that's what they built it for!

omg i was literally just there ten minutes ago...Lombardis on the Bay? Flooding everywhere, people were in kyaks, news 12 was interviewing people...crazzzzyness. However, we did pass ur RH and it wasnt flooded! Its defintely above street level, so I would say the most that would be flooded is the basement. BREATHE!! It will be ok! :)

was the flooding better on ocean ave?

i heard there may be more flooding tonight because of the high tide

i am very concerned that there will be power issues and that it might not dry up in time...that's ALOT of water!
