I went last night for my 1st fitting and had the worst experience ever...My wedding is 37 days away and my dress looks Nothing like it did in the sample, and on the website....The consultant even said the my dress 'was not made right'...I am freeaaakkkiiinngg out right now because I have ni idea what to do and the manager won't be in until tonight to speak with..It's not the bridal salons fault but I the dress is not fixable whatsoever, and I'm afraid that if I reorder the dress (if I even have enough time), that the same problem might happen..OH NO

just breathe sweetie. good thing you caught it now and not closer to the wedding date.
the salon can prob have a new dress over-nighted.. so you'll prob have the correct dress by saturday.

who's the designer? I'm sure if you contact them they'll make sure everything is perfect.

I'm hoping the manufacturer can rush ship a new dress...The designer is Winnie Couture..They are fairly new, but I just spoke to the bridal salon and they assured me that everything will be taken care of since it is a maunfacturer material defect...They said that if the maunfacturer knows whats good for them that they will do everything to fix this problem..

OMG, I feel so bad for you. I would ask the dress store to demand they get a new dress in quickly

I am so sorry this is happening. I would be looking at sample dresses/pre-owned dresses just as a back up.

Oh my goodness! First, just relax. Talk to the manager, but in the meantime, see if you can contact the designer directly. Take pics of the dress, send them photos, etc. etc. etc.
