im an 08 october bride (10/10/08) and I was wondering what the weather was like on your wedding days?
had the leaves changed by the time your day came around? i picked mid-october for cool weather, clear sky and beautiful backdrop for pics!
i hope its perfect

I went to October Bliss wedding in October last year - I ended up changing dresses b/c I got so hot at her outdoor wedding ceremony!!! Plus I got sunburned! You can check out her wedding photos for a better idea!

I was married on the 6th. It was cloudy, cool BUT IT DIDN'T RAIN!!!! So I consider myself lucky!!! But I was very disappointed that the leaves were still green.

10/27/06 bride- The leaves had changed. Weather in the morning was warm/sunny. By late afternoon, it was cloudy and cold (freezing while taking pix at Planting Fields in a strapless dress) and that night, it poured during the reception (and after, when we were leaving the hall!)

I got married on October 21st and the weather was incredible. It was sunny and the sky was blue and beautiful. The leaves were starting to change and it was about 68 degrees. It was even beautiful taking pictures on the beach. It was perfect, IMO.

My wedding was 10/29 and the daytime was pretty warm and sunny.... As the day went on it got cooler and by picture time (4-6pm) we were covering up with pashminas! Good luck on ur special day!

I was 10/14 and we got married out East. It was a beautiful day, cool, some were chilly with perfectly blue skies. As for the leaves? I was a little disappointed but the weather made up for it!

I got married on 10/22/06 and the weather was still incredible. Sunny blue sky, perfect for pictures. It got cooler around cocktail hour (6pm), but it was fine because the girls had wraps on. It was about 68 degrees too. The leaves were starting to change at WCC. Pics in my album. Loved having a fall wedding!

Congrats!!!!! October is the best!!!! My day was sunny (not a cloud in the sky) temp was in the high 50s (like 58). I never felt cold.
One thing though is it does get darker faster than the summer.....
So get over the receiving line quick so you can take your outside photos!!!!!

He were married on 10/20/06. We had a little bit of everything.
Left the house just as i walked into the hair salon it started to rain.
Left the hair salon stopped raining.
Got home started raining.
Took pictures at the house stopped raining, left church has huge wind storm that blew my veil over my hubbys face. LMAO
Went to take pictures at owg, sun was shining and cool. girls had wraps.
otherwise we had a fantastic day.
the next day it was beautiful the sky was so blue and sunny.

i got married on the 1st. it was 78 and sunny, no humidity!!!!! it was incredible still flowery and green. check out my pics in albums and review, best of luck!

I got married on 10/1. It POURED rain in the morning and was a bit chilly. The leaves hadn't really changed much yet. You can see tons of pics in my albums and review.

I got married on 10/14 and I had the most unbelievable weather!! The sky was as blue as ever, it was a cool 72 degrees, and there was almost no humidity. Nice and warm in the sun and perfect for taking pictures. I got beautiful pictures on the beach next to Giorgio's. The leaves had just started to change, but nothing too drastic.
ETA: My reception ended at 5:30 so we ended up heading back to the hotel around 6ish after we said goodbye to our guests. The drive to the hotel was amazing because the sky was just starting to change colors. So, we had pinks, blues, and purples in the sky. If you take pics at that time, they will come out amazing.

The weather was amazing, a little of everything, in the am getting ready it was awful, pouring, windy, we lost power at my moms house! right before I walked into the church the sun broke through the clouds and it was gorgeous and cool, 60 degrees we got the best pictures ever with the leaves blowing and some sun shining through

My wedding was on October 13th..and we chose this time of year for the same reasons along with the fact that we were going to have our wedding outside at our hall. The view was beautiful! The weather was sunny, and cool. At the beginning of the day it was COLD but then it warmed up a bit, and then got cool again. We had to have our wedding inside by the fire place and it turned out beautiful.. however looking at this weekends weather..made me so jealous!! I WISH it were this warm for our wedding so that we would have been able to use the outside of our hall like we planned.
