I don't know if I am of any help since we are getting married at our venue but... Our ceremony is outside and it's scheduled as of now for 1:00pm. Our CH is at 2:00pm and we are seeing each before hand so that's when we hope to take most of our pictures.

ceremony @ 230 its a mass so by the time we get out after receiving line it will be about 4 CH @ 7PM Pictures between 5-7
the clocks dont get set back to after hslloween so its not dark yet

Ceremony time is 5pm, Cocktail hour is 6pm. Pictures we're taking before the ceremony. I think we're arriving at the RH at 2:30ish.
Figure the Ceremony ends around 4:30 and with receiving line & church pics, we'll end around 5/5:30 (the latest I hope). After that, we'll go next door to C.W. Post to take some quick pictures and then head over to the hall for more pics and the end of CH which is over at 7:30.

Yeah it might be getting dark, but maybe we'll take some twilight pics which might be cool. Actually, it might be good that it'll be getting dark because then we won't be able to spend too much time taking pics and then we can enjoy the CH.

Bride and Groom, Bridal party, and fam photos: 4-6:15ish
Ketubah signing: 6:30
Ceremony start: 7:30 (invitations call for 7)
CH starts at 8

I think after 6 it might be too dark, although you could get some really pretty sunset photos!

We have two photographers - one is arriving at each of our houses at 1pm to take some pics getting ready, and with the BP and fams. Church ceremony is at 3pm. By the time Mass is over and we get up to the RH it will be about 4:45. We are taking pics in the park where RH is located until CH starts at 6pm.

that may be perfffffect - if we start pics at 430-445, we can get a few day ones with the sun still out and by the time we wrap up around 6ish, we may be able to get a few sunsetting ones before we go back to the RH for some over there too!

litereally the same thing!!
we're going down to Robert Moses in between and then taking some family pics at the RH beforehand.
I def do not think it will be dark out until 730/8ish so we'll get some good sunset shots in!
