We are getting married next October. We are going on a cruise to grand cayman, jamaica, mexico and they said it would be ok. It's the end of hurricane season.
I am not an October bride...November, but I just wanted to let you know that October is the end of hurricane season, so you might be okay. Also, look into Aruba, they never get hit with hurricanes. I am not sure exactly why, but its something about where its located. I am serious, no hurricanes, its amazing and its an amazing place!
we're going on a caribbean cruise- my travel agent (my aunt) said it would be fine- its really the end of hurricane season- so no worries.

May I ask where you went on your honeymoon? we want to go to the carribean, but it's hurricane season there in October. Hawaii is not really an option for us. If you could let me know where you went and what you liked/didn't like that would be very helpful. I'm kind of at a loss at this point with the honeymoon.

i'm not an october bride but two of my friends just got married and they both went to hawaii. they had a great time and the weather was perfect.
was a october bride, went to rome for a week.
We are not going to the Caribbean only because we've gone there numerous times for other vacations. We went to Jamaica last November and were fine. I wasn't concerned about it at all. For our HM we're going to Italy.
