October Brides-How are your RSVPs doing?

My RSVP date is Sept 21st & I still have about 50 out-a lot of them are OOT guests, so it could go either way. I'm dying to do my tables & placecards but I guess I'll wait another week or so.
To all of the newlyweds-how long did you wait before you called the ones that didn't respond?

MY deadline is 9/9 and Im still missing about 30%. Grrrrrr

We also had a lot of OOT guests and they were the ones that responded VERBALLY very quickly. I had to chase them to send the RSVP.

Local guests we chased two weeks before the wedding so we could get our final count. There weren't that many.

RichsBride...your wedding date is our one year anniversary. I hope that you have a wonderful day and that the weather will be a beautiful this year as it was last year for us!!

Richesbride- we have same wedding date and my RSVP's are due 9/16. So far I need responses from about 40 ppl. How many did you invite all together? We are having approx. 275 . Not what my FH and I intended! I keep checking my mailbox every day and the responses just drip in one at a time. So far only 2 people said no. AHHHHHH! I'm hoping for no's at this point!

same here... rsvps are due back next weekend, but we're still missing A LOT! i hate the idea of hounding people. oh well.

Lisa Rose Thanks!!!!! I'm hoping it's nice out too, but we got that bad weather insurance so either way I'll be thrilled!
Kelly4- My total list wound up @ about 225, we have a room minimum of 150, but can hold up to 300.
I'll be happy when I hit 150, I'm getting close now.
I just wish I could plan my seating, i feel like I still have so much to do.
42 days! Yikes!

my deadline was september 5th, I got about 73 back and am missing about 30. very frustrating. and then when I ask people they say, 'you know I'm coming'.
On another note, got a response from my best friend/bridesmaid sister, who is supposed to be like family and whose wedding I went to. Me and this bridesmaid had a falling out bc I fell asleep and missed going out for drinks for her birthday, and she said some very mean things to me and I cried for four hours and came very close to a nervous breakdown. Anyway, this happened on Sunday/Monday. the following Friday I get a response from her sister that says they are not coming, and on the back it says 'Joe's(husband) cousin is getting married that same night. We were going to split up, but we are just going to his cousins'. ???? Oh, so, you thought maybe my wedding where your sister is one of the bridesmaids and the whole rest of your family is going to be at was important, but then you decided it wasnt'? I guess it's all bc I didn't show up for the birthday drink. I have had a long week, can you tell??

it's more frustrating when you're RSVP date was 3 days ago and you still have 30 out there!! I am so surprised that that many haven't responded!
