in planning stages? I've been slacking these days. Still have to order BM dresses, Limos, and starting to look for invites and shoes. In order to finalize my dress order I have to take measurements in my shoes and slip. So what have you accomplished?

The main things we still need to do are BM dresses, invitations, shuttle buses, my veil...

I'm here!! I'm here!! I just booked my florist, my hair and makeup person (pics to follow) and I picked out but did not order my BM dresses.. I think you are perfectly on track!

All I have left:
order invitations order favors shoes,under garments finalize honeymoon..(booked the Hyatt in Aruba and booking tickets this week)..
All the big stuff is done,,,THANK GOD!!!

Still have to: book videographer finalize invitation design limos buy dress buy bm dresses buy shoes buy jewelry (including wedding bands and day-of stuff) Figure out favors and then buy them
And now, out of nowhere, fh is debating choice of dj vs band, despite the fact we already booked our dj.
So, I guess I should get moving, huh?
Edited to add: book honeymoon. We're going to Italy and have planned out our itinerary, but haven't booked anything yet.... ack!
Edited a 2nd time--- book hotel room blocks, book day-after brunch site.
Whoa. Need to move on this stuff....

After the initial 'biggies' I didn't do anything for the longest time. Then, in the last few weeks I have:
Ordered and received our invitations Ordered the program covers Booked the florist Booked a make-up trial for next month Got my wedding ring Signed contract with band
Still have to do: Order BM dress (only having one and she's picking!) Order FG's dresses Favors, napkins, menus etc. Book honeymoon Get FH's ring Headpiece and veil Shuttle bus

I ordered my dress a couple of weeks ago, we are about to decide on a photographer (just waiting for a phone call back from one,) we added our china to the registry (this was a VERY big decision for us.)
Next up is the florist, limos, BM dresses.
ETA: You are totally not slacking!!! You have much more done than I do.

It is easier to say what I have done.
I have -picked my dress and will order by end of month -picked bm dress -picked caterer -picked limo
Wow it seemed like I had accomplished so much. Now looking at the list I feel like I have a long way to go.

Order my dress find shoes find BM dresses find invitations starting thinking about programs take care of the bridal registry find out about all the other incidentals that I have not taken care of
I spend a lot more thinking about what I need to do than doing it!!

Yeah...I can relate...I don't even have all of the major stuff done...I haven't even looked at florists, much less booked one! Starting to panic over here as well...

we'll i still have to find a my wedding dress and veil. I have not even begun to look. Still need to find bm dresses, invitations, register, shoes, well fi needs to do groomsmen tuxedos. I think besides that everything else is on it's way.

I thought I was doing o.k. But now I'm not so sure! Here's what I have done: 1) hall and church 2) photo 3) music 4) flowers 5) gown
This weekend I'm looking at invites and hotels. Next week my MOH and I are going dress shopping (only have a MOH no BMs)
So much more to do!

I booked everything so quickly I took a break. All the big stuff is done. I need to order my dress, find and order BM dresses, invites, menu, etc. and all the little stuff.

Hi everyone. I'm the new girl.
Just engaged on Jan 29th and so far I've done nothing but book the reception and ceremony .....yikes!!!!!!
Does anyone have any suggestions for a band? That's next on the list...
