i am sending them out Friday Aug 3rd. My RSVP date is 09/01/2007. I do not have an a b list

rsvps due by sept 8th
mailing first week of august
guests should recieve by aug 8 (my birthday!!)

I am getting married Oct. 6th so I will send mine out Aug. 18th which gives them 8 weeks!!!

Wait I will probably do it at the beginning of August so they have time to rsvp in time. Maybe send them August 5th and have an rsvp date of September 15th

I was told not to send them out TOO EARLY because people will toss them to the side and forget about them. Normal delivery of a wedding invite is 6-8 weeks.

We too are sending ours on 8/1 and our RSVP date will be 9/15

Also sending out 8/1 (or some day in the first week of August) and the RSVP is 9/8/07 because I like numbers and that date is cool.

August 13th

Ours are going out early, in fact they are going in the mail this weekend.
I know a lot of people will tell me its too early but majority of our guests are OOT and will need to book plane tickets and Hotel rooms as well as ask for time off.
Yes they should have done all of this before knowing about the wedding for more than a year at this point but I know my family and they haven't.
So, they will have 2 months to settle the details and send the RSVP back by 9/1 which half of them wont do no matter when I send them so I will have plenty of time to hunt everyone down and get a final answer before my count is due.

This is what i plan to do:

Wedding date 10/19/07
Mailing out around 8/8
Rsvp by 9/19/07
