October is breast cancer awareness month

Please take a moment this month and remember those who have lost the battle and those who have won and those who are still fighting the good fight.

Girls, don't neglect you ta-tas! Just because they say that you're first mamogram should be when you are 40 is no reason to actually wait that long... especially when you have a family history of breast cancer. There's no reason you shouldn't be feeling yourself up once a month to check for irregularities... heck!, have you FH do it! Just be aware and be careful!!!
